Hideout #47 expression masks

After coming out of the mold, each face mask was dremeled and sanded to registration with the head core, and fitted with screws tapped into keys on the inside of the mask. I then dremeled and sculpted on each face with Apoxy to create the different expressions of the two characters. Each mask had three pairs of replacement propoxy eyelids to allow them to blink, and two pairs of vacu-form eyebrows.
